I think this would be the proper place. I know my anemones eat fish occasionally. My question is what happens to the bones when an anemone eats a large fish (4") A bristle tooth tang vanished this week and today there is pile of bones by my carpet anemone. Thanks in advance.

I think that pile of bones answers your question. Larger bones and other parts that are difficult to digest are expelled. With smaller fish like silversides, I never see anything expelled from my H. magnificas. It seems they dissolve the bones and all. My RBTAs on the other hand sometimes expell little pieces of silverside that are distinguishable.
