I just want to give a thumbs up to the customer service.
I purchased a Pro HQI/Compact Fluorescent/Lunar Light Fixture and when I installed it one of the fluorescent bulbs was broken and one of the ballasts immediately shorted out (sparks everywhere!)
I contacted CS and it was immediately taken care of and new items shipped. Bulb was received last night and I expect the ballast today or tomorrow.
I really judge a company by how it handles a problem and so far Drs. F&S has been great.
