Hello fellow neptune AC users, I have a Jr and have noticed this problem with it. seems as though my X-10 will turn on/off (about 20 sec) one of my 2 halides when it is suppose to be off. it is an electronic but when i switch it with my other halides' X-10 it is fine (no on/off crap) then the one that was switched is affected. I have tried switching X-10's and reprogramming/resetting but still get this "flickering." I will post more info if needed. Thanks in advance!

Are you using an X10 Lamp Module or Appliance Module; you should be using the later.

If you are using an appliance module try disabling the local control, you will need to open the module and cut a specific wire, you shall be able to find the procedure in an internet search. If that does not work you may need to install electrical noise filters between the ballast and the module.

There is information on doing this here (item #4):

it is an appliance but does that apply to halides?

Local control disabling apply on anything that can create electrical noise.
Same thing for installing electrical noise filters.
BTW I am in Neperville and have some filters if you want to try them, let me know.
