Ricordea nipped???

What could have hapened here? This happened within an hour or 2? I have 1 fish in the tank (Splendid Leopard Wrasse) that did nip at my torch when i first introduced it. There are 4 Peppermint Shrimp, 1 Coral Banded, 1 Cleaner, 1 Fire and a bunch of hermits and snails.

Looks like it might split into two rics. Doesn't really look like any tissue damage to me.

the bottom left edge got bitten off and some of the inside tentacles, where you see the small black dots.

it looks like its trying to split to me. if you can take as many as you can over a few hour periods. you might get a cool time lapse set :)

Yes that def. looks like it's splitting. I have had several split in my tank.
