how reef safe are these??? someone b me is selling theres and he has a clam and sps and lps in his tank....but.....no zoas.....and i have a ton some at $40-50 a polyp and that would be bad....but i know he eats and such. also what kind of fish compatability

Mine destoyed mulitple zoo colonies. Loved them. My tank is heavily feed for the amout of tangs I have so it wasnt like she was starving either. Theres no way I would try it.

Regals IME are the best Large angel for a reef tank. But as with all angels. you are assuming a risk that they will pester your corals. I keep my regal in a reef tank, with LPS, SPS, Clams, Zoanthus, Etc. with no issues at all. But in general I would say that Keeping "polyps" with any species of angel is VERY risky. There are always exceptions, but if you have colonies @ $50 per polyp, I would steer clear of any angel.
