It started around my zoa's and had been slowly spreading. It is brown and looks kinda leafy. The stalks are only about 1/8-1/4". Anyone know what it is or who will eat it? Maybe a blenny?

No idea,
I would recommend posting it in the reef discussions forum.

Is it spreading around your tank? I went down to ACO today and picked up a few things, I will post some pics later for ID.

Your picture looks like a picture in the Sprung 'Invertebrates' book identified as the stinging hydroid Myrionema.
The suggested control is nudubranchs which feed on hydroids (and he mentions Pteraeolidia ianthina) or Keyhole Limpets.

Other people deal with them manually.
