Phosphate Test Question

The directions say to shake the solution for 5 minutes then the color chart shows 2 minutes, which is correct? I figured you only have to shake the solution for a few seconds and then let it sit for 5 or 2 min.

2 minutes is fine with a maximum of 5 minutes (this is more for freshwater as it degrades the reagents quicker so it should not be read after 5 minutes using for freshwater).
