How do I look up threads I've posted in?

I go to "My RC" on the top right area of the page, then in the middle of that page, there's a section with current threads that you are subscribed to. On the bottom left of that section, it defaults to "last day". You can drop that menu down to a different time frame and I think your threads should show up in the appropriate time frame.

If that doesn't work, I don't know what else to do. But I do know there's probably an easier way, let's see what the more established members have to say...

another quick way is to find a post that you have made, your post here for instance, and click on the icon on top of your post that says "search". That will bring up all of your posts.
