Small bugs! (with pictures)

My friend found his tank has some small bugs. The size is about 1 to 2mm. Is it red bugs? How to get rid of it?

I'm not really sure what that is, it might be a flatworm, but definately not redbugs. Redbugs are completely red and round. They look like tiny pinpricks.

The bug is not flatworm. It is not flat. It move fast and move like ants. Obviously, It has legs.

From the pic it almost looks like it has a segmented body. Probably a worm or pod of some sort.
Definately not red bugs or AEFW's.
