Short of using cement anchors lashed to their tiny little feet? :D After they hydrate they will submerge. Just give em time.

Ok, i'll soak them a lot longer next time.

hahaha!!!!!! I thought about scareing them back to life and then they will start swimming again and not end up down into my sump
