T5 Actinic vs CF Actinic

IYO, which type of bulb gives the best Actinic. T5 or CF?

T5...but neither one compares to the old T12 actinics.

T5, CF is not very efficient.

But that's a nit. The tank doesn't need a lot of actinic, actinic bulbs produce very little par. They do make everything fluoresce nicely. Either one will do. Their is a lot more bulb selection with T5
