Silicone????

Trying to make a new sump tank and i picked up

Acrylic Latex Caulk Plus Silicone

Is it safe to use???? Not sure if its safe to use; i was told to use a clear silicone but this stuff comes out white and dries clear.


Its it safe if not what kind should i pick up.
