What would you recommend ....

for a lighting fixture for my 24x18x18 refugium? I am assuming that the refugium should be on a reverse lighting schedule to the main tank.

You can do a reverse photoperiod, but it's not required. Any simple flood light from the hardware store can work well. What do you plan on sticking in the fuge?
