vortech mp40 & k4

hello, i currently have 4 x koralia 4's in my 100 gallon tank that measures 48 x 24 x 20" tall. i am considering buying a vortech mp40 to replicate wave actions. if i mount the vortech on the left side and a k4 on the right, will this be enough to produce wave action? will this be enough flow for an sps dominated tank? i have about a 4" layer of very fine sand bed.
