Hard to say, need a closer pic toget detail....Could be some kinda of anemone or a mushroom of sorts.....Can you get a closer pic?

I would say that it is a discoma mushroom of some sort. It doesnt appear to be a Ricordea of either species, just a spotted mushroom.
