Here's my future stock list (first to last is increasing in aggression) for my mixed reef:

1.Blue Lined Rabbitfish
2.Blenny
3.Cardinal
4.Goby
5.Clown pair
6.Angel
7.Tang
8.Damsel

Where, in this list, would you put the Sargassum Trigger?

sargassums are not that aggressive but they still have teeth and are in the triggerfish family i would say right after the tang

Depends on what tang, angel and even damsels (clowns).

before the tang. Tangs usually give any new comers a hard time, and adapt to a tank quicker (on average) than your usual skittish sargassum..which may hide for up to 2 weeks (only darting out to eat)

Okay thanks, I was thinking of getting the sargassum sooner rather than later as well.

I would think it also depends on size, the sargassum sometimes come in pretty small and that would make earlier introduction desireable.

I would add the sargassum early, before the clown pair. what kind of angel? what kind of clowns? it could make a difference.

Yeah add the sargassium trigger real early. They are pretty docile.i added a 2.5 inch one to my reef tank and had to remove a 2 inch sailfin tang because he would not leave him alone.
