I posted this in the Reef Discussion but maybe it's better served here (and will maybe get answered)...
I am getting ready to pull the trigger on a Naso Tang but only have a 10 gal QT tank. I normallt put my fish in QT for about a month but I think this may do more harm than good. Any ideas on tips to do a shortened QT?
Thanks

you need a bigger QT. A rubbermade will work...

plus 2 on the rubbermaid..... get the longest one you can. That way he can swim back and forth.......

+3 on rubbermaid. I had a 10g QT at first and i am sure it did more harm than anything else. I eventually got a sweet deal (free) on a 4' tank.

if dosing the qt with cupramine, what should the reading be to actually work, and not be underdosed? .50?

0.50mg/liter. 32 drops per 10gallons. Make sure you use Seachem's copper test kit. I had major issues with API's test kit.
