Wha'ts going on with my zoas? Pics

So I noticed this "blister" looking thing on one of my green zoas. Any idea what it is?

Looks like it's propagating. If it's the same color as the coral I wouldn't worry about it.

Looks like just a point mutation. I don't think it is anything to be concerned about. It could have developed in response to some micro injury or during the actual polyp development. If it starts happening elsewhere, then maybe... even then I don't think it is anything to worry about.
