poor lil mushrooms

I have a piece of lr with green hairy mushrooms, theres about 15 polyps on it. Theres only 2 of them that look good, the rest are like see through and dont have any color like there suppose it.
I have some flow on them but not much.
The rock is on my sand, so there on the bottom of my tank.
My question is how do i make them look colorfull bright green?
My lighting: one 150w 10k MH
Compact Fluorescent Duel Strip 48" 260W
CF 65W 12,000k(2)
CF Actinic Blue(2)

They look like they are shaded by a toadstool and not getting enough light.
What brand MH bulb are you using? 150w for a 155gl tank is not very much, even with PC. good luck

mine looked exactly the same exactly i tried vitamin c ,and it helped a little bit after cleaning the lens of my actinics they started looking much better,,,so i cleaned all my lenses and lamps and now much more color,,,i think new bulbs/lamps are in order for both of us

I would agree, that is not much light at all for a 155, you really need to upgrade and get a higher watts per gallon

My hairy mushrooms starting bleaching with my T5s so I had to bring them down to the sand bed. They completely lost their color until I starting dosing Vitamin C. Ironicaly, I starting dosing Vit C for my zoas but only the hairy mushrooms seem to have benifited so far after 3 weeks of dosing..LOL
