I drove 2 hours away today to "the city" to find me one but they want $55 CDN for a 20L. Seems high to me.

I really want to upgrade to one though...

I bought mine used with 2 holes and bulkheads installed for $20! I know petco has deals for $1 a gollon sometimes! Good luck!
