I was down there on Sunday and experienced something I haven't seen in awhile. Good C.S. A young man waited on me in the fish room. He wasn't very knowlegable on the verts. but was very polite. Every question I asked, he either told me or asked somebody that knew. This is the way it should be. I hate it when somebody tells me something and it ends up contradicting what a manager says. You should teach all of your new hires, if you don't know, ask somebody that does. I would much rather have somebody wait on me that admits they don't know, but are willing to ask somebody that does. I wish I remembered his name.
