The flatish thing on the stem definitely looks like Marmain's Shotglass to me, but I'm at a loss as to what the "phallic green" things are, hahahaha. Either way, they both looks very nice.

Looks like mermaids cup and the phallic maco in the background is a species of Enteromorpha.

Mermaids cup usually is on tall slender stalks. Possibly you have the one id'd in this recent discussion.

It does look somewhat similar but the one in that link looks more like a macro paly while the one I have looks like a macro gonipora.

This quote taken from the linked discussion indicates that this particular algae species can be quite variable in size and the amount of rays displayed.

from page 26 of MARINE PLANTS OF THE CARIBBEAN (Littler, Littler, Bucher, and Norris - 1989):
"Very small, inconspicuous plants (5-10 mm tall) composed of a short stalk and topped by only one flat or cup-shapped disk generally 1.5-5.0 mm in diameter. the disk comprises 11-25 rays joined by light lime deposits. Rays are rounded at the outer tips. These plants are easily confused with Acetubularia but are cosiderably smaller."
