OK, so how about METRONIDAZOLE

So i contacted seachem about sulfathiazole and they said it wasn't for Ich. The told me to get metronidazole and mix it with food for 3 weeks and it would get rid of the parasite. Anyone try this......

it is an anti-flagal that is used to treat Giardia. Mostly in dogs and cats; but it is basically the same thing you get when you drink the water in mexico. It kills parasites. Ive never heard of using it in the aquarium trade.

I used it once and got poor results. I dont recommend putting it in the main tank. Maybe a QT.
