Hello , I am just begining on my ultralith adventure ,

my system is as follows
Dt 500l
total system 700 ish

very lightley stocked , i have just removed a lot of live rock to make for a more open and minimalist look , i wish to concentrate on lps / sps and gorgonians .
my curent watrer parimeters are

salinirty 35ppt
mg 1500
dkh 9.7
ph 7.9-7.95 ghl
phosphate d&D merc 0.045
calcium 450

just got potasium test will do tommorow


skimmer is deltec afp600
im running balling via ghl 4 eway dosing , just getting levels ballanced at the moment

So i thoght id post this to say hi and as a way of me keeping a record of thoughts etc

hello and happy new year too you all .
Just a quick update on where we are at now it's been about
Three weeks of ultralith . Over Christmas we removed out
Dsb and 55kgs of live rock .
What a change !
Ill post some photos asap before and after
Anyway the point of my post I'm runnng my
Stones in a deltec 509 my now unused phosphate
Reactor . At around 500 lph (600) grams of stones
My nitrates have gone up to 50+ and po4 is up to
0.045 ish

I'm dozing 6drops of bio ban and 3 ultra bak and ultra min s
I guess it's all going o take a while to settle down but any advice
Would be great
