how much food?

I have a few hundred 15 day old perculas. How do you know how much to feed?

I feed 4 times a day. Whatever they will consume in 5 minutes.

Good, that's about what I'm doing. I'm just feeding them dry food.
There are just so many of the little fish, I keep waiting for something to go wrong but know I'm close to easy street.
