I have a 75 gallon tank and a 35 gallon sump. Nothing is in there as of yet and i am just starting to buy equipment. What i wanted to know is if this tank is too small for a Kole tang, Auriga or Burgess butterfly, flame or Eibli angel and maybe something else like a clown or dwarf lionfish? with a bioload of about 4 or 5 fish will i be overstocked. Oh yeah i forgot to mention i cant get anything bigger due to size restraints of my apartment.
Thank You

it would depend on what your filtration is. What are you using for filtration?

I was planning on about 100 lbs of live rock, refugium with cheato, and octo NW 150 skimmer.

I think you will be ok. The only thing I don't know about is the butterflies, how big do they get? You should have no problems though.

thanks, the maximum sizes i read on wet web media was 5 or 6 inches for the burgess i think, and the max for the auriga is like the same size.but i would add one or the other not both. so do you think 4 fish is full or could i add more small ones?

I think you would be fine as well.

Sounds good, what other small fish were you thinking of? Maybe a psuedochromis or a damsel, they help eat scraps. I have a few damsels in my FO tank, while they can be aggressive, they don't stand a chance against my large angel, tang, trigger, wrasse or eel, but great as a clean up crew.
