Shy Bubble tip Anemone

I have a bubble tip anemone that often hide in the live rock and only come out sometimes... but only for a few hours and crawl back into it's cave. Is this normal? I'm afraid it is not getting enough light.

If a nem is moving around a lot, it's not happy about something...ie lighting or flow. Nems need very bright light. What do you have?
