best way to get 220lb of sand

I am looking for a 5in DSB of fine sugar sized sand in my 190g project. (5ft x 2ft x 30in)

What would be the cheapest way to get 220lbs or so of sugar fine, oolite sand?

If you don't live too far from the beach, I would take some from the base of the dunes and if you there is a bay in the area, I would take a couple shovels from the bayfloor.
