anyone keep yumas successfully under lumenbright reflectors? my tank is 24in high. bulbs are 16in above the waters surface. its so bright that im afraid to put any yumas in the tank. they are in the frag tank now under 4 T5s. bulb is a 400w 20K XM on a magnetic ballast.
i have 4 layers of screen mesh above the tank now so i can acclimate the sps corals but will i ever be able to acclimate the yumas to this kind of light. its unbelievably bright. just upgraded from spider reflectors and im blown away by the difference.

I have three lumenbrights on my tank and just started with Rics. They are only happy is slightly covered by an overhang all the way on the bottom of my tank.

my tank is 24 also, lights are 12-14 above the water. depends if your measure the bottom of the reflector or bulb. i guess ill have to find some shaded areas in the tank for them. thanks for the input.
