Have you made any lighting changes recently?

Mag can do it as well as extending your lighting period and or increasing it.

My guess is that the lights are aging and the spectrum is shifting. Coralline exhibits many colors and is strongly influenced by the light conditions. As tubes age they change their K value and that can lead to changes in coralline color.

Sorry, scratch that last answer. I missed that the tank was only two months old. I'd still say it is a question of light. Your lighting differs from what the coralline was exposed to previously and is just starting to respond to the change. Unless it goes white that is not a problem.
