New ACIII not working???

Well, I just purchased a band new ACIII yesterday from my LFS. Last night I tried to hook it up, but it wouldn't work. I plugged it in and it does the memory test and says pass. It then loads up normal and goes to the regular screen. Within a few seconds of that it reboot and goes back to the memory check again. It does this over and over when it is plugged in, like in a cycle. What does this mean? It's a brand new system. Anyone with this problem? I think I'll take it back today to the LFS.

It is very rare to have a defective unit out of the box but not impossible; I'd return it to the fish store and get a replacement.
