View Full Version : Tons of little britle stars good or bad?

I just put rock into my tank today and i've noticed that there are a ton of what look like little tiny britle stars all over is this good or bad and if so what can i do to cure it?

they are fine as they eat detritus.

The only thing that would have me concerned with that many is that there's obviously enough detritus in those rocks to keep them all happy. The mini stars themselves are certainly not a bad thing, but it may point to a problem with excessive detritus in your tank. Excessive feeding or inadequate flow are usually the culprits there.
Nice pictures, though.
