red bugs

I guess I have the non-harmful ones... I have no hard corals but, I don't want to use the dog medicine stuff in my tank. anything just eat em' they are everywhere in my tank 75 gal. I only have a blue hippo and a capped basslet. I'm thinkin mamybe a manderin? what are you guys ideas?

are you sure they are red bugs? Sounds to me you have flatworms. in which case flatworm Exit has worked for me, took 2 treatments, but eliminated them. I tried the natural route but none of the fish touched them.
