Aqua Cal Ranges Needed

I just downloaded the Aqua Calculator and need ranges for the target values. So can anyone give me the ideal reef ranges for the items I need to test.

I'm not familiar with this program. By "reef ranges", I am assuming your are refering to the recommended water parameters:

Alkalinity: 7-11 dKH
Calcium: 380-450 ppm
Magnesium: 1250-1350 ppm
