I currently have 75 gallon w/ 48" 130 watt power compact fixture. I am going to be adding a 108 watt t-5 fixture.

I am looking for input on what corals I keep with the combination of these two.

Thanks for your thoughts.

i would stick with softies maybe some lps but you will need a good amount of lite for any sps. you wont be able to keep the higher demanding corals with only 238 watts

also depends on the fixture performance. Have you chosen one, or narrowed down the options?

It is the 48" Hagen Glo T5 HO. I haven't heard much about them. I got a deal on it I couldn't refuse.

Watts is one thing (power it sucks from your meter), and PAR is another (amt of light used in the tank). Without looking into the hagen you plan to buy, I would assume you are good for LPS/softies in general. Dont plan on anemones, clams, sps, etc. Keep the needy high, and the less needy low. Also keep in mind that T5's dont last forever, getting an old fixture may mean you have to relamp it at $20/pop, or better yet replace the ballast too!
