Ideas on transfering pods.

I got a HOB Refuge, about 2 inchs of Sand, some rumble rock and various macro algae. The tank is full of copepods, large and small. I wanted to transfer a large amount over to my main tank. Anyone got any ideas.

Place a wad of cheato or short codium in the tank a a few days later transfer it to the other tank. That's what I did. That was also when I realized just how many pods I had.
