Currently have a stony leaf coral and I noticed some white spot on it. Not sure if this is due to, too much light or that I had my temp raised on my tank.

Water Parameters:

Specific Gravity: 1.021
Calcium: 420
KH Value dKH: 11.9
Temp: Currently set at 83.0 as I had ICH in my tank. Had it at 83 for past 3 weeks and ICH is gone. Always had it set to 77.5 – 79.5

Thanks so much for your help!

Robert

Hi Robert
[welcome]

I'd be more prone to think you're a tad shy on salinity. Try raising the specific gravity to 1.025-1.026 and see if that helps.

Fish are ok with a lower salinity like 1.021. But corals need a higher salinity like 1.026......+1 with waterkeeper.

Also, what are using to measure the salinity. A refractometer ?

If you are using a refractometer... what are you using to calibrate it ?
