I am a big fan of your store actually I love it. But I am truley dissapointed in the customer service. I called several days ago looking for some Modular Loc-line. It was clear that the person i was on the phone with knew what I was speaking of. the next day i jumped in my car and drove 1.5 hours to your location only to be helped by the most incompetent person i have ever dealt with.When i asked for some help from someone elese he just told me they didn't have the parts.Very disapointing I will be back since you have so much stuff at your location good for your store. bad for customers that get service like i did:mad: :mad2:

I am very sorry to hear about your shopping experience in our retail store, you certainly deserve better service than what you received. There are always several Managers and/or Supervisors available to speak with at all times, please don't hesitate to speak to one of them when you are not happy with the service any of our salespeople are providing, Customer service is very important to us. Again I apologize for the poor service that you received.

Thank you for your concern.I am very happy with the attentive nature of your managers. I will be sure to keep shopping with your store. You have an excelent selection of equipment and some wonderful livestock.I will be making the trip out at the end of this month and I will be sure to see a manager when I am there for a personal thank you.
