I placed an order 12-31-08 for a few items and since you have no where to put comments in the order I sent a email at the same time to make sure the order was not sent Smart Post. This is your response:
Dear Craig,

Thank you for your order with Drs. Foster and Smith. We apologize that we are unable to specify a shipping method on this order as it has been sent to our warehouse for shipping already. We have made a note on your file however, to ship all future orders through FedEx Home Delivery service. Please let us know if you have any additional questions or concerns.

If we can be of additional assistance, please contact our Internet Customer Service Department at 1-800-381-7179, via email or on our Live Help link. Live Help is available 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. CST Monday through Friday and 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. CST weekends.

Your order will be shipped via FedEx and all future orders with Drs. Foster and Smith (http://www.drsfostersmith.com/) will all be shipped to you via FedEx, unless you specify a different shipping method be used.

Would it be possible to have my info updated to use FedEx and exclude smart post as well. I emailed a while ago and thought it had been done but I guess not as it seems part of my last order (N9921078) is coming via Smart Post. Not a big deal and I'm not upset so no worries. Also, how is this correlated to the account? If I can't be bothered to log in and I use anonymous checkout as I sometimes do is it linked to address and name or must one log in for the preference to apply?

Thank you for contacting us. We updated your account to exclude shipping via Smart Post. We will ship your packages by Federal Express Home Delivery only not Smart Post. It is on your customer account with us. The best way to ensure that we get this information each time would be to log into your account. If you would like us to email you your user name and password please contact us and we would be happy to. We sincerely apologize that we missed changing your account when you emailed us.
