We have a 90 gallon saltwater tank that has been up and running for about a year and a half. Cleaning it today I noticed a white sack that appears to be wedged between the rocks and backwall. Its a fairly good size and almost resembles a sea hare only milky white. Our two cleaner shrimp were both very close to it and it appeared to be attached with a string or two to the rocks. We have a number of fish in the tank but nothing that could reproduce that I know of. Any ideas what this could be???

It's not cleaner shrimp eggs. Their eggs are attached to their undersides. Could it be snail eggs of some sort? I think they are usually a strand attached to a smooth surface though. Could you get a picture of it?
