I purchased one of these at the LFS. It was labled under Filamented Wrasse and I assumed it was a Filamented "flasher" wrasse. I never heard of these. also know as whipfin, threadfin and matador wrasses. I researched the flasher wrasse and as much as I researched I don't know why I didn't recognize it was a totally different fish! :D I've tried to look for info and pics of this fish but I can't really find much. Does anyone have experience and/or pics of this fish?

You are right. It is not a Flasher Wrasse. IMO, it could be a Multicolor Lubbock's Wrasse.

Does anyone know if Cirrhilabrus filamentosus is sexually dimorphic?
