I have a Red Sea Max 130 for 3 weeks now and i replaced the regular skimmer with the Tunze 9002 skimmer, but today when i shut off the skimmer and circulation pump 1,i noticed that the micro-bubbles where still coming through pump 2 (one of the left).I thought it was my Tunze 9002 that was causing it,but it's the pump, can this be solved?Or will it calm down with the bubbles in time?

Try the bubble trouble-shooting on www.redseamax.com
If you are getting bubbles from the circulation pump then it is almost certainly due to a restriction in the filtration. Ensure the filter comb is in its lowest position, that the mechanical media is cleaned regularly, and let me know if you have added any non-Max std media as this is often the cause.

I have recently discovered that the micro bubbles are probably the cause of algae, the aquarium is starting up for 3 weeks now and the algae explosion has begun since last week, when there is no light there are almost no bubbles, but when the light has been on after a few hours the bubbles are there 10 times more. And i only use the white thin pad to remove dirt that comes of the living stones.

This is possible but you should definitely check that the bubbles are not being caused by a restriction of water through the system. The filter inlet comb should be in its lowest position and should be kept clean, and the felt pad & foam need washing regularly. I'm sure everything will settle down after a while.
