Again, this is on my 2nd AC3, running the same ballasts as I use on the current tank. 2nd one is currently controlling the new 270 gallon (three 400w MH). So, the icons and web interface show the #2 MH goes off at 8:30 pm, look at the tank, light is off. At 9:30 pm the #3 MH goes out. Last night, just a bit before the last MH went out #2 turned back on, then shut off with #3. Tonight, #3 went out, #2 turned back on, then shut out ~5-10 minutes later. The AC3 (both display and the web interface) show that #2 should still be off both nights. Any ideas?

Here's the program just in case there's something I'm overlooking with it.

No one? No ideas at all?

I tried switching the lights to different addresses (A6 to A8), #2 still has issues with coming on for a few minutes every hour or so. #3 wouldn't go out at all. Could it be this AC3, after being used for only 6 days needs a firmware reflash? I've reset (NOT re-initialized) many times with no luck. The only other thing I can think of to try would be switching to Cat5 since it is a slightly longer (15' or so) run. Is it possible some interference is at play, sending signals to the DC8? Could it be something with the DC8 itself? This too is new with this AC3.

It sounds like you might be having some electrical interference; call Neptune tomorrow; there is a built-in test that they can walk you through.
