if your brain is cloesed - it's not only light - how is your water??? first i would start with that and then worry about lights

he is talking about a closed brain such as a favia , favities, maze exct....how many t-5-s / wattage??? tank size??? im guessing you have 6 to 8) 54 watt t-5's if so they should be fine anyware in the tank most are a med light req.... i have them from high to med lighting areas of my tank my favia frags are in very high lighting and look great my maze is in the mid area of the tank in the rocks and a platygyria in the sand bed under 2) 175 watt se mh in a 90 gal tank it all depends on where the coral is happy
