Hey guys,

I am swapping out my carpet for a bubble tip, as it is more suited for a 20 gallon reef, and this green bubble tip is an amazingly colored one! Here are pictures, let me know what you think! Enjoy...

Beautiful anemone! I'm glad you decided to make the change. I think you will be much happier with this new anemone. What species of clown do you have?

I have a pair of regular ocellaris clowns. I know they may or may not host. Hopefully I will be lucky.

Wow. Where did you get it?

I got it at my LFS. The owner started with one of these, and they grow these GBTAs in their main display tank. Every so often, they sell one or two, when the big ones split, and there is a four month waiting list for these guys.

It's a good chance it will do great in your tank since it is a clone from an anemone used to living in a tank.

I hope you made this decision before your carpet died. But I am curious, what made you change your mind?

In any event, I'm sure you will find the gbta more long-lived in that system, and you did find a beauty.

Nope, my carpet is still doing well in my tank, but someone is picking it up tomorrow. I just decided that I want a bit more space in my tank, and that it needs a better home; bigger tank and more intense lighting. I finally am listening to you guys regarding the anemone :) ahha
