ive no experience with it at all, ive heard the lamps last a long time compaired to normal lamps, but thats as far as i can go, your question intreaged me and so i did a google, unfortunately there wasnt much there either, but fwiw and i hope its better than nothing heres a link

Hope it helps, its really simple if you get the right things, and you can search google for "ODNO, Advance REL4P32SC" and find the wiring diagrams... the ballasts cost next to nothing, and if you have an existing fixture it takes minutes to setup... one thing to keep in mind is the more times you overdrive the higher risk of fire, so i only did 2x and found it was just as safe as normal, and the T8 bulbs actually run cooler than the older T12 bulbs
