I would like to get some more softies... I have a cort and a leather... but I want to get selective and get only bright colors from now on... ie red, orange ect. Any good pics and or specific corals I should get... thanks!

Fiji Yellow leathers are very nice as long as you have good flow and light.

There are also some really nice looking finger leathers and clove polyps out there.

I have heard its pretty rare... but its hard to get a picture of... its about 1-2 inch tall... and very neon green

I understand the desire for bright colors, but watch out for nonphotosynthetic corals. Many of the corals that don't host zooxanthellae to convert light into food are very brightly colored. Chili corals, sun corals, carnation corals, and many gorgonians can be beautiful, but without zooxanthellae, they have to be fed every day or they starve.

Dendronepthea, Scleronephthea and Tubastrea are some of the genus names to watch out for if you're not interested in azooxanthellate corals.

If your serious... I am sure I will be fragging it as it grows big! I got it through a place that has it here and there from a parent colony... but only rarely!

Very serious. Maybe do a thermos shipment to go easy on the shipping costs.

Just be patient and wait for good specimens to come along. There's bland softies, and then there's eye popping softies..same species. You can also consider growing large colonies of Zoas...Nuclear Green Palys, Armor of Gods, even the super cheap, easy to get Radioactive Dragon Eyes look killer.

Green sinularia - similar to nepthea in looks and care. Not my pic, but just like the one I have. Very vibrant/interesting...

Colorful mushrooms, red, blue:

White and blue xenia, adds brightness and motion to color of the others:

Metallic-green star polyps, but they could be of different varieties.

You may also consider LPS, more bright colors and for me they were easier, than softies. Examples:
neon-green candycane:

open brains of the different colors, blastomussas.

Purple and white lemnalia didn't survive for me, in tanks, where LPS and non-photosynthetic corals were OK, could be that they prefer more light.

Yellow fiji leather but need good flow and good light to keep them bright.

I absolutely love yellow Figi leathers. Some days I think I would take one big chunk of that over a colony of Acropora.

yes I think that yellow figi looks nice. When I was talking about softies I was thinking of corts and leathers... not so much zoas and shrooms. I know those are awesome and colorful... but my plan was to have a few colorful ones spread from the top of my live rock to the surface of the water and cover the back of my aquarium. I have a cort and its gone and tripled in size in a few months... kinda a purple color and looks nice! but I was hoping it come it many other colors... like the carnations...

How about some chili coral then? Or lemnalia? There are also some very cool macro algaes available in great colors.

There are toadstool variations that have a subtle blue hue.

Just thought I would show my Neon Green Palau Nephthea, it was smaller than yours when I got it, when I tore down the tank it was so heavy and big, I thought it would tear itself apart when lifting it out (upsidedown). It took both hands, and I feel that I am a strong guy... it was crazy big.

Matt, that was a gorgeous softie tank!

Thanks, I miss it dearly. It had more movement than any of my other tanks. I am going to have issues at first with my new tank, I may still go mixed 70\30 on the SPS and softies - not sure just yet.

When the tank was up I ran 440 watts of VHO and 60 watts of actinic PC. I think it was one aquasun, two actinic whites, one supper actinic - as far as the VHOs.
