new tank lots of brown algee

Ok we started a new 24 gal nano 9 days ago. We put live sand and 20 lbs of live rock and we put 10 gals of used salt water from the local fish store and the rest new water from them.

I am going to get the water tested friday they told me not to dose any chemicals untill then

my question is I have alot of brown algee on the rocks and sand is this ok

the brown stuff you see are diatoms. They are just part of cycling a new tank and will go away soon enough. nothing to worry about.
