Chiller maintenance?

I have a 1/4hp drop in and was wondering if anyone knows what maintenance needs to be performed on them. I'm guess its basically just like an A/C unit at the house. What needs to be done and how often to keep it running in top shape and so it doesnt fail prematurely?

I have in-line chillers and I clean the air intake once a month. I clean the inside once every 3 months and rua a vingar solution thru the intake lines once a year. Then flush that out and let dry. Haven't had a problem yet.
