current t5 question

for a 90 gal sps what would be a better fixture.

the 8 bulb with one reflector or the 6 bulb fixture with individual reflectors.

i guess what i am asking is does having individual refletors make that much of a difference.

it seems so me that the 8 bulb would be better what do yall think

Individual reflectors make all the difference with T5. I don't know if the Currents have true individual parabolic reflectors though-

so you dont think the 2 extra bulbs would make up the difference.

the 8 bulb cost more and most of the time you get what you pay for.

do you think that is the case this time or is the cheaper 6 bulb really better

i doubt two bulbs will make up for bad reflectors.. fyi coralive reflectors are even worse

just get your self a nice retrofit kit from icecap or SLS
